How will shipping work? How much will it cost?


Core Cultural is responsible for organizing shipping and providing quotes and lead times. Shipping costs are based on your location and the size of your work and will include the cost of packing materials.

購買作品的運費是多少?

我們將根據您的位置、作品尺寸和包裝材料的成本為您提供運輸報價。我們建議在極少數情況下出現問題時要求提供追蹤服務和保險。如果藝術品要進行國際運輸,我們也建議詢問是否包含海關費用,以避免日後出現任何意外。

How much is THE shipping FEE for my order?


We will provide you with a shipping quote based on your location, the size of your work, and the cost of the packing materials. We recommend requesting shipments with tracking and insurance in the rare case that something goes wrong. If the artwork is being shipped internationally, we also recommend asking whether customs fees are included to avoid any surprises down the road.

包裹送達時我需要簽收嗎?

您的追蹤號碼通常會表明是否需要簽名才能接收貨件。如果您擔心運送問題,我們建議您將運送到有人可以接收您的作品的地點,例如辦公大樓。

Will I need to sign for my package upon delivery?

Your tracking number will generally indicate whether a signature is required to receive a shipment. If you’re worried about a shipment, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive your work, like an office building.

You don’t ship to my country. What should I do?

If we don’t have a shipping fee listed for your location, get in touch with our team at corecul@gmail.com. We’ll get a quote for you.

我可以退回作品或取消訂單嗎?


所有銷售均可在 24 小時內取消。24 小時後,銷售即被視為確認。
在極少數情況下,收到的商品與描述的商品有很大不同,請透過corecul@gmail.com告知我們。我們將制定一項決議。
注意:由於藝術的獨特性,如果您的作品明顯與描述不符、不真實、未送達或送達時已損壞,我們將與您合作找到最佳解決方案,包括退款。

 

Can I return a work or cancel my order?

All sales made via secure checkout are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours. After this 24 hour period, the sale is considered final.

In the rare case that something arrives significantly different than described, let us know at corecul@gmail.com. We’ll work on a resolution.

Note: Due to the unique nature of art, if your work is meaningfully not as described, inauthentic, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we will work with you to find the best resolution, including getting your money back.

Where can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email from corecul@gmail.com whenever there is an update to your order. The shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so that you may follow your shipment’s status.
Note: In the case that your order does not have a tracking number, you will be contacted by phone to schedule delivery.

我可以親自取件嗎?

大部分作品提供本地取貨服務。如果可以的話,您會在結帳時在出貨頁面上看到「安排取件」選項。注意:您可以在藝術品頁面或結帳時在藝術品標題下查看作品的位置。如果您選擇上門取貨,我們的團隊將在您的訂單確認後與您聯繫,以協調時間和物流。

 

Can I pick up the work in person?


Some works available for secure checkout offer local pickup. If this is possible, you’ll see an “Arrange for pickup” option on the shipping page at checkout.
Note: You can check the work’s location on the artwork page or under the artwork title during checkout.
If you opt to pick up your work, our team will contact you after your order is confirmed to coordinate timing and logistics.
For works available via Artsy Inquiries, please ask a gallery representative about picking up your work at the time of inquiry.
